**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Aramark. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Operate a register/POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Greet and assist customers, anticipating their needs and providing a positive experience.
• Prepare and serve specialty drinks, teas, and other beverages according to brand standards.
• Prepare and serve food items in line with location standards.
• Count, organize, and balance cash drawer, fill out the cashier slip, and make deposits.
• Adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures.
• Set up and break down coffee bar, stations, or store, including cleaning and sanitizing.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Stock beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, service ware, and condiments.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements:**

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Previous experience as a barista preferred.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to follow required dress code as assigned.
• Able to read and communicate in English and able to follow recipes.
• Complete Food Handling Certification as required.
