Job Title: CW Seibi Paint Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CW Seibi Paint Technician to join our team at TalentBurst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our paint shop equipment, including online robot programming, sealer, UBC, and dampening. Your expertise in PLC programming, electrical drawing review, and equipment calibration will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Online robot programming and setup
  • Sealer, UBC, and dampening operations
  • Electrical drawing review and approval
  • Equipment calibration and maintenance
  • Quality assurance and control
  • Development of handover documents and process improvements
Requirements:
  • 2 years of technical degree or equivalent work experience
  • PLC programming skills (Allen Bradley, Omron, Toyopuc, Mitsubishi, Siemens)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Creative problem solver with ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with automated robotic paint shop applications
  • Experience with Kawasaki Robots, Fanuc Robots (programming and problem troubleshooting)
  • Experience with Digital Engineering (Autocad, Catia, Solidworks, Inventor)
  • Experience with Microcontroller programming
