Starbucks Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, crafting high-quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including Starbucks' signature drinks and food items
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Target's high standards for cleanliness and safety
• Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless execution of store operations
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as food safety, customer service, and sales techniques

• Previous experience in a food service or retail environment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods of time
