Position Overview:
The NRP Group, LLC is seeking a skilled Tax Staff Accountant to enhance our financial team. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with federal and state tax regulations while supporting the financial well-being of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of federal and state partnership income tax returns.
- Prepare quarterly tax projections for company ownership.
- Develop monthly personal financial statements for the principal owner.
- Forecast federal and state personal tax liabilities and coordinate cash needs with external accounting firms and investment advisors.
- Establish a tracking process for cash activity and performance metrics for new executive investment funds.
- Conduct research assignments, including analyzing the implications of pending tax legislation on the tax positions of company owners.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in preparing federal and state partnership returns or individual income tax returns for high-net-worth individuals or small business owners, preferably in a public accounting or family office setting.
- Proven collaborative skills, working effectively with external service providers such as attorneys, investment advisors, and accounting firms.
- Experience handling sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of conducting meetings with ownership to discuss tax positions and forecast changes.
- Ability to gather financial data from diverse sources and present it in an organized and comprehensible manner.
- A degree in accounting or finance is required.
- Partnership tax experience and CPA certification are preferred but not mandatory.
