Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our Retail Staff team at Presbyterian Healthcare Services. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for preparing and dispensing medications to patients, consulting with healthcare providers as needed, and overseeing the daily duties of technicians and support personnel under your supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Verification of medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
  • Review of medication profiles
  • Assistance in the resolution of drug therapy problems
  • Consultation of all new prescriptions as dictated by law
  • Answering other medication questions as necessary
Requirements
  • BS Pharm or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy
  • New Mexico Board of Pharmacy License required
  • Required - NM Pharmacist Vaccination Prescribing Authority Certification
