As a key member of our architecture team, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our organization and driving innovation in our digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive architecture strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy end-to-end technology solutions that meet business needs.
  • Lead the development of technical standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across the organization.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior architects and engineers to help them grow and develop in their careers.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and identify opportunities to leverage them to drive business value.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in architecting distributed systems and applications.
  • 3+ years of experience with Azure and/or AWS.
  • Demonstrable ability to analyze business direction and problems, understand long-term vision and risk in developing strategic technical solutions.
  • Background with multiple enterprise technologies.
  • Expert knowledge of APIs, microservices architecture, infrastructure, data architecture, security, and new technologies with clear expertise in one or more of these areas.
  • Working knowledge in all aspects of technical architecture (operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, cost optimization).
  • Authoritative understanding of the agile development process and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and with various levels of the organization, including technical and non-technical team members.
