Massage Therapist Job Description

At AEG, we're seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at The Hotel Hershey. As a Massage Therapist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional spa services to our guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform massage services in accordance with hotel standards and protocols
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines
  • Promote and sell retail products to guests
  • Participate in maintaining the neatness of service waiting areas
  • Fold towels and linens for use in service areas
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Current PA massage license required
  • Graduation from a recognized massage school and/or national massage certification preferred
Working Conditions:

This is a union position, and the working schedule will be based on union seniority. Candidates must be able to meet schedule requirements, which may include weekends and flexibility with other days based on business needs.
