Physical Therapist Director Opportunity

Access Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Director to lead our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Highland Mills, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring exceptional patient care, and driving clinical growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage clinic operations, including front office and clinical teams
  • Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical growth, hiring, and retention

Requirements:
