We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Fayetteville Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Job Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant will be responsible for providing routine nursing and personal care to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. This includes participating in resident reports, providing personal care in accordance with resident care plans, facilitating activities, and monitoring resident requests and needs.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in and receive resident reports at the start and end of shifts.
  • Provide personal and nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
  • Facilitate and conduct activities to promote resident engagement and well-being.
  • Monitor and respond to resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
  • Active and current West Virginia License.
