As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll cycle, from collecting timesheets to distributing paychecks. You will work closely with employees and managers to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Process payroll accurately and efficiently, adhering to established deadlines.
• Collect and verify employee time records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Calculate gross pay, net pay, taxes, and other deductions.
• Prepare and process paychecks or direct deposits in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
• Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
