Job Opportunity at Bronx Center

Bronx Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Observe and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
  • Assist with personal hygiene, including bed baths, shaving, and other essential tasks
  • Set up and serve meal trays, documenting food and fluid intake
  • Feed residents and serve nutritional supplements
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, including making beds and transporting residents
  • Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores
  • Maintain confidentiality of all resident and facility data
Requirements:
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member
  • Successful completion of a CNA program
  • Current CNA State Certification
  • Good standing with the State Registry
