Position Title: Office Support Specialist

Role Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Office Support Specialist is to deliver exceptional administrative assistance by conducting research, managing information requests, and executing clerical tasks. This role will serve as a communication and information hub within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general office tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining document management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping activities.
  • Draft invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and various other documents.
  • Organize and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
  • Evaluate and interpret incoming memos, submissions, and reports to assess their importance and plan their distribution.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate arrangements for committees, boards, and other gatherings.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Relevant experience is preferred.
