Aptima Inc. is seeking a skilled Instructional Systems Designer to join its Orlando-based operations. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality training content using a generative AI tool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze Government Furnished Information (GFI) training products and legacy materials to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Develop and document requirements for NTP compliant training artifacts, including Instructional Media Requirement Documents (IMRDs).
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review and revise AI tool output to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.
- Support Quality Assurance specialists during product reviews and develop reports and briefings to facilitate the training artifact generation process.
Requirements:
- Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience creating and reviewing NAVEDTRA 130 and MIL-HDBK-29612 related training products.
- Experience in the analysis phase (RRL requirements definition) and prompt engineering.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Instructional Design and Technology or related field.
- Recent experience on an RRL Requirements Documentation contract.
