Weekend Supervisor RN Job Description

At Mountain Ridge Center - Franklin, NH, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Weekend Supervisor RN. This is a full-time position that requires a strong leader to oversee the operations of our nursing center on weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
  • Ensure that care delivery is consistent with our mission, vision, values, and policies, as well as state and federal regulations.
  • Mentor, educate, and coach nursing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • May also provide direct patient care to maintain skills and stay current with industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing, 3 years of nursing experience, or Diploma, 3 years of nursing experience, or BSN, 2 years of nursing experience.
  • ALFs/ILFs as required by State.
