Physical Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at GPAC. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' current condition and develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and manage pain.
  • Consult with patients to understand their needs and goals, and work collaboratively with internal staff and external partners to provide exceptional care.
  • Develop and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in an autonomous environment, utilizing basic PC skills and knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, Database software, and MS Office.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current or willing to obtain state of South Carolina license and CPR certification.
  • Able to work in an autonomous environment and possess basic PC skills.
