We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team at Confluence Health - Omak Campus. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.
About the JobAs a Clinical Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing care to patients with various medical needs. You will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and respect for patients' autonomy and dignity.
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN) from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Washington.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Nurse in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
