About the Role
As a Collector and Negotiator, you will be responsible for contacting delinquent customers, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our team to achieve individual and team performance targets and core competencies. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of collections, negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Estimated salary range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Contact customers via telephone to discuss outstanding debts
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers to resolve outstanding accounts
  • Maintain accurate records and update computer systems as necessary
  • Investigate consumer information using online skip tracing tools
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve performance targets and core competencies
