Job Summary:

Ocean Honda - Santa Cruz is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating all financial and insurance activities for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all financial and insurance activities for customers, including obtaining financing and preparing associated documentation.
• Sell extended service contracts and additional protection products to customers.
• Ensure all deals are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with all legal requirements and dealership policies.
• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of legal documents.
• Enhance the customer experience while achieving maximum profitability.

Requirements:

• Two years of finance and insurance experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Negotiation expertise.
• Highly professional and dependable.
• Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision.
• Strong and confident personality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and internet skills.
• Dealership experience required.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Bilingual Preferred (Spanish).
