The Financial Professional plays a vital role within our organization. After obtaining the necessary licenses and registrations through our Career Development Program (CDP), your daily activities may include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with both current and prospective clients.

Candidate Qualifications:

Our extensive training and development program means no prior experience in financial services is required, although familiarity with the industry is advantageous.

The journey to becoming a Financial Professional starts with the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase, where you will prepare for the required FINRA and state licenses, with the company covering the associated costs for exams and study materials. Upon successful completion of this phase, you may be offered part-time employment as a CDP Contract Associate, with initial compensation set at $15/hour (or the applicable minimum wage). Following successful completion of the CDP Contract Associate phase, you may be invited to transition to a full-time Financial Professional Associate (FPA) role, where compensation is based solely on commissions and bonuses. FPAs typically earn between $50,000 and $75,000 in their first year through commissions and bonuses. Additionally, eligible FPAs may enroll in a 401k plan and participate in company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for themselves and their dependents, along with potential paid leave.
