Key Responsibilities
  • Read and Interpret Blueprints: You will be required to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and design specifications for HVAC systems.
  • Follow Specifications and Building Codes: You must be able to follow all specifications and building codes associated with your work, ensuring that all installations meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate with Other Trades: You will work closely with other trades on the project to ensure a smooth and efficient installation process.
  • Communicate with Supervisors and Safety Managers: You will be responsible for communicating with foremen, superintendents, and safety managers to ensure that all installations are completed safely and to the required standard.
  • Strong Working Knowledge of Job Site Safety: You must have a strong working knowledge of job site safety procedures and protocols.
  • High Standard of Integrity and Professionalism: You will be expected to maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism at all times.
  • Working Knowledge of Hand and Power Tools: You will be required to have a working knowledge of all hand and power tools necessary for the installation of HVAC systems.
Requirements
  • 4+ Years of Commercial HVAC Field Experience: You must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial HVAC field work.
  • Valid CO Driver's License: You must have a valid driver's license for the state of Colorado.
  • Reliable Transportation: You must have reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Pass a Background Check and Physical: You must be able to pass a background check and physical examination to ensure that you are fit for the role.
  • Own Hand Tools: You must have your own hand tools necessary for the installation of HVAC systems.
