• Conduct thorough property inspections to identify maintenance issues and provide detailed reports.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to Plumbing, Electrical Systems, HVAC, and General Repairs, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Document findings during inspections by taking clear photographs of the site and the specific issues, providing a clear understanding of the problems.
• Provide a detailed budget estimate for necessary repairs or replacements, enabling informed decision-making.
• Offer clear instructions on how to resolve the identified issues effectively, ensuring seamless communication.

• Strong problem-solving skills, enabling effective troubleshooting and resolution.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities, ensuring seamless interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Reliable transportation, ensuring timely arrival at job sites.
• Licensed technicians will have priority and may receive additional job opportunities and competitive compensation.
