Bank Teller

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller/Member Service Representative to join our team at Sound Credit Union. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling financial transactions, and promoting our products and services.

• Perform routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, and check cashing.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote and sell our products and services to members, including loans, credit cards, and deposit accounts.
• Work collaboratively with other branch team members to achieve sales and service goals.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• One year of experience in a customer service position, preferably in a financial institution.
• Cash handling and retail sales experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be bondable.
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization not available.
