Key Responsibilities- Assessing Damages and Repair Methods: Evaluate furniture pieces to determine the extent of damage and select the most suitable repair techniques.
- Maintaining a Safe Work Environment: Ensure a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Working in a Fast-Paced Environment: Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Craftsmanship and Attention to Detail: Demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of furniture repair and refurbishment.
- Meeting Standards and Expectations: Consistently meet or exceed standards for furniture deluxing, quality, and timeliness.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to Raymour Flanigan's safety policies and procedures, promoting awareness and a culture of safety within the team.

- Experience and Qualifications: Two years of experience working with wood furniture, leather, fabric, and upholstery, with a strong background in color matching, blending, wood repairs, leather repairs, and upholstery repairs.
- Education and Certifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on hands-on training and experience.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull furniture up to and in excess of 100 pounds, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
