Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Restoration Technician to join our team at Rainbow International. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for responding to new jobs and initiating mitigation protocols according to IICRC standards and our company's processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to establish expectations and provide updates on the scope of work.
  • Obtain necessary documentation, including photos, work authorizations, and certificates of completion.
  • Update job files with loss information on a daily basis.
  • Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, ensuring they are clean and properly maintained at all times.
  • Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions.
Requirements:
  • IICRC Certifications, including WRT, ASD, Mold, and Fire Cleaning.
  • 1-3 years of experience in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up.
  • Valid Driver's License with no DUIs or suspensions in the past 4 years.
  • Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Working knowledge of MICA, Xactanalysis, DASH, and other restoration applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
