Specialized Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled Endodontic Associate to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for examining, diagnosing, and treating the nerve and dental tissue of patients' teeth. Your expertise will be essential in performing root canals and various endodontic surgeries, including apicoectomies and addressing traumatic dental injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reports to and is mentored by Lead Partner Doctor.
- Helps set tone in the office and builds and maintains office culture.
- Sets clear expectations and provides training and coaching to clinical team on clinical process and preferences.
- Markets to new and maintains existing referrals.
Requirements:
- Surgical experience preferred.
- DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of Residency from an accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
