Responsibilities- Deliver nursing care to patients in our Mother Baby Unit, ensuring that every patient receives the direct and proper care needed.
- Analyze patient information to develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Prepare and administer medications and treatments to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Reconcile medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Evaluate patient response to interventions and identify additional interventions needed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective care planning.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (required); 1 year in a clinical specialty (preferred).
- Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
