Position: Server

As a key member of our team, you will embody the core values of our establishment, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You will serve our patrons with the warm hospitality that T & B Concepts is known for, in a prompt and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the menu, delivering exceptional dishes to every guest consistently.
  • Adhere to the established service protocols.
  • Implement responsible alcohol service practices, including verifying age and managing intoxication levels.
  • Process payments accurately, whether by cash or credit, in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain a tidy and inviting table setting.
  • Ensure cleanliness in your section and manage the server drink station effectively.
  • Complete opening, running, and closing tasks as required.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines set by the company.
  • Support fellow team members as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in operating POS systems, handling cash, and managing credit transactions accurately.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 6 to 8 hours.
  • Frequent reaching, lifting, and bending are required.
  • Capable of delivering food and clearing tables, with the ability to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Competent in reading and writing in English.
  • Effective verbal communication skills to engage with guests.
  • A friendly demeanor and a genuine smile are essential.
