Responsibilities:- Provide quality patient care to critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosing and timing.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition, initiating emergency measures as needed.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- BCLS certification and ACLS required.
- Minimum one year training and experience in Critical Care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
- A competitive salary range of $33 - $44.35 per hour.
