Job Title: Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Specialist to join our team at JBS USA. As a Claims Specialist, you will play a critical role in resolving customer disputes and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve customer claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Review and analyze documentation to determine liability and process claims
  • Enter claims into SAP and ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Collaborate with sales teams to resolve customer accounts and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in multiple computer systems and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
