Luxury Residential Porter

We are seeking a skilled Porter to join our team at Adamas Building Services.

Adamas Building Services is a leading provider of luxury property management services in New Jersey and New York.

This role involves providing exceptional service to residents by maintaining the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and common areas.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in cleaning, maintenance or other related fields, familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment, and the ability to handle a physical workload.

• Maintaining the appearance of the property through regular cleaning and inspections
• Removing trash and recycling from the building and transporting it to outside dumpster areas
• Performing routine preventive maintenance and repairs throughout the building
• Maintaining inventory and organizing all building tools and supplies
• Snow blowing, shoveling and de-icing as necessary during winter months

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle a physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Competitive hourly rate of $17.00
