Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $160,000 - $200,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Job Description

This role involves leading a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, property disputes, and professional liability. You will be responsible for case management, legal research and analysis, courtroom representation, drafting legal documents, client consultation, and collaboration with other attorneys and support staff.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, property disputes, and professional liability.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations. Present compelling arguments, examine witnesses, and negotiate settlements.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A deep understanding of civilian warrant applications and strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in legal document drafting and case management.
  • The ability to handle a high caseload and work under pressure, with strong courtroom presence and negotiation skills.
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity, with detail-oriented organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
