Traveling Reality Capture Specialist

Coast 2 Coast Survey Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and adventurous Traveling Reality Capture Field Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for capturing architectural data on location using advanced technologies such as laser scanners and drones.
Key Responsibilities:- Travel across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean to capture architectural data on location.
- Assist with a wide variety of projects by adapting to different scopes, client standards, and software requirements.
- Support Architect, Engineer, and Construction (AEC) clients in renovation planning by documenting property conditions in 2D, 3D, and 360-degree using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborate with project managers, survey teams, and processors during the project lifecycle to understand the scope of work and assemble well-crafted survey reports.

- Must possess strong verbal/written communication skills, the ability to produce work independently, and effectively coordinate with team members.
- Proactive and organized, the candidate effectively manages multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting deadlines (including taking advantage of overtime opportunities).
- Must be at least 21 with a valid driver's license and live near a major airport to facilitate travel. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening (including random screening during employment).
