Job Description:

We have an opening in our shipping department for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual. As a Shipping Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and Interpret Bill of Lading: Verify the accuracy of all shipments before they leave our facility.
  • Operate Forklift and Other Equipment: Safely operate various types of material handling equipment.
  • Keep Work Area Clean: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Send Orders to Customers: Use a scan gun to accurately send orders to customers.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Age: At least 18 years old.
  • Teamwork and Initiative: Able to work effectively in a team and demonstrate initiative to get the job done.
  • Certifications and Training: Must pass a pre-hire drug screen, physical, and background check. Extensive forklift experience preferred.
