Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Professional to join our team as a Regional Safety Expert. This role will be responsible for providing support and guidance to facilities within the assigned region, ensuring regulatory compliance with OSHA, CDC, and DOH standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure facilities meet regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
  • Provide training on safety protocols and best practices
  • Collaborate with facility management to address worker's compensation claims
  • Negotiate work restrictions and facilitate transitional duty assignments
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a registered nurse (RN) with 3+ years in occupational health
  • Current RN licensure and BLS certification
  • Experience with worker's compensation and safety regulations
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30% within the assigned region
Preferred Qualifications
  • COAHC certification
  • Demonstrated understanding of OSHA and DOH/CDC programs
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $ $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
