We are searching for an experienced Foreman to lead a crew of 6-8 employees on highway construction and maintenance projects in Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate crew activities
- Develop and implement project plans
- Manage crew performance and provide guidance
- Monitor quality control and assurance
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years of construction industry experience
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- $80,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience)
