Oncology Service Line Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Oncology Service Line Manager to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a leader in the healthcare industry, we strive to provide exceptional care to our patients and communities.
About the RoleThe Oncology Service Line Manager will be responsible for providing administrative coordination and management of the services and activities that comprise the Infusion Center, Lab, Medical Oncology Physician Practice Operations, and liaison to scheduling, registration, and pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement policies and procedures regarding patient care and flow in a manner consistent with the Cancer Center's mission and SPIRIT values.
- Assure maintenance and seek improvement of daily operations, including associate management, business and clinical functions, facility maintenance, patient relations, and physician business.
- Work with Oncology Service Line leaders, physicians, and associates to develop and implement policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in nursing, with at least 2 years in outpatient oncology operations.
- Experience in managing departments.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- OCN required upon eligibility for exam.
We offer a competitive salary range of $44.56-$69.07 per hour, based on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
