  • Interpreting production schedules, backorder reports, and communications for processing components
  • Addressing employee concerns with management and contributing to solutions
  • Operating machinery within departments as required
  • Coordinating maintenance, machine transitions, and production flow

  • Assisting in the management of operations across multiple shifts
  • Repairing and assembling components, work-in-progress, and finished products as necessary
  • Ordering and receiving materials, packaging, and supplies as required

  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or department heads
  • Assuming limited supervisory responsibilities in the supervisor's absence
