Atlas Oil Company, a leading player in the fuel industry, is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to empathize with customers.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled customer service professional who can effectively handle a wide range of customer inquiries, from logistics and invoicing to customer portal support. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role and be proficient in using CRM tools. They should also possess strong problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have excellent time management skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Courteously answer telephones, utilizing active listening, clear communication, positive language, empathy, and critical thinking to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Evaluate customer needs to determine if issues can be resolved quickly by conducting research and consulting subject matter experts via our CRM tool.
  • Enter customer service tickets with the highest degree of quality and detail, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with all internal and external customers, including sales, operations, and back-office departments.
  • Regularly update and maintain customer information in all systems, ensuring seamless data integration and accuracy.
  • Assist the Customer Service, Sales, Operations & Back-office departments as needed, identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 Years of customer service representative experience preferred.
  • Strong desire to solve problems and provide exceptional customer service under pressure.
  • Proficiency in commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the customer service field.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and strong computer skills (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) to accurately and efficiently enter data.
  • Able to work with limited supervision, stay focused on required tasks through completion, and rotate to cover time off for team members as needed.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing or increasing demands in an evolving role and balance customer demands with business requirements.
  • Team player with the ability to help others while productively working independently on job assignments.
