**Job Description:** We're looking for an experienced Culinary Lead Cook to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing a team of Prep and Line Cooks, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our food products. Your culinary skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail will make you an asset to our team.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Lead a team of Prep and Line Cooks, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities
  • Assist the Sous Chef in running the kitchen and leading employees
  • Oversee employee performance, provide feedback, and develop their skills
  • Share knowledge and passion for food with customers and employees


Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience working in a multi-faceted food service facility
* Strong knowledge of food safety and quality assurance practices
* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts (Preferred)

Compensation and Benefits:
* Estimated annual salary: $72,500 - $95,000
