We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cook I to join our team at Cumberland Falls State Resort Park. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing cooking and cleaning tasks within the restaurant kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Batch cook food to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our guests
- Ensure proper food safety policies are adhered to at all times
- Work effectively as a team leader and team player to provide excellent guest services
- Assist with the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- One year of cooking experience in an institutional or large-scale commercial setting
- Vocational training in food service will substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis
Working Conditions:
