As a Team Member at Take 5 Oil Change, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our oil change services. This role involves a variety of tasks, including:

  • Draining motor oil and replacing oil filters to maintain the health and longevity of vehicles
  • Washing windshields and adjusting tire pressure to ensure vehicles are safe and ready for the road
  • Inspecting and topping off fluids to prevent damage to vehicles and ensure optimal performance
  • Assisting customers in selecting the right oil type and other services to meet their needs
  • Performing coolant exchanges to maintain the cooling system of vehicles
  • Processing payments for services performed and restocking and maintaining inventory levels on the floor

Responsibilities:

As a Team Member at Take 5 Oil Change, you will be expected to:

  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs and maintain efficiency
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues
  • Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure quality service and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
