We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As an integral member of the surgical team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and providing essential support.
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Participate in pre-procedure planning, including reviewing patient charts and discussing surgical plans with the surgical team.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest surgical techniques and technologies, participating in ongoing education and training.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Surgical Technician Certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• 1 year of Surgical Technician experience preferred.
