We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in New Kensington, PA. In this role, you will assist machine operators with setup and operation of CNC machinery, including loading and unloading materials and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support fabricators in preparing materials for welding, cutting, bending, or other fabrication processes
  • Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure adherence to specifications and make necessary adjustments as directed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning machines, sweeping floors, and disposing of waste materials
  • Help with the movement and transportation of materials within the shop, utilizing appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks

Requirements:

  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints an asset
  • Willingness to work multiple hours without sitting down and overtime as required
