Acute Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acute Care Resident RN to join our team at Covenant Health. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with acute medical conditions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Texas Registered Nurse License or Texas Graduate Nurse Permit
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 6 months of hire
