Saint Luke's Health System is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our Long Term Care team at Saint Luke's Anderson County Hospital in Garnett, KS.
This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized care in a positive and supportive work environment, enhancing the patient experience and improving hospital throughput and capacity.
As a Certified Medication Aide, you will work under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN, providing direct and indirect patient care tasks, including assistance with activities of daily living and care such as bathing, hygiene, elimination and toileting, nutrition, feeding, hydration, ambulation and positioning.
You will also anticipate the patient's family needs in a proactive fashion, individualizing and modifying care according to the patient's needs, and collaborating with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care.
Possess and utilize effective technical skills for the provision of safe and appropriate care, including pharmacology knowledge and medication administration.
We are seeking a team-oriented Certified Medication Aide who is eager to expand their skills and possess a strong attention to detail.

Job Requirements:
- Less than 1 year of experience
- BLS certification
- Certified Medication Aide certification
- Kansas Board of Nursing, Cert Nurse Assistant (KS) certification
