We are seeking a motivated and professional Physical Therapist to join our team at Flagship Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our senior residents in a state-of-the-art outpatient setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct therapy screens and evaluations to assess residents' physical abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' physical function and mobility
  • Provide daily treatment sessions to residents, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
  • Document residents' progress and outcomes electronically via NetHealth Therapy
  • Meet productivity standards of 85% or higher
Requirements:
  • Master's or Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree
  • State license to practice physical therapy in the state where services will be provided
  • CPR certification
  • Dependable and able to work independently
