Senior Supply Chain Professional Job Description
The Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Process Integration will be responsible for leading special projects across several sites and supporting project creation, project management, and project closure within the subcontract organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead comprehensive subcontract strategies across the supply chain and in alignment with segment leadership
Develop, publish, communicate, and adopt segment-wide tools, resources, and standard work
Own the tools and resources used within the subcontract organization and make modifications and enhancements as required
Collect, analyze, and prepare material for sector and segment level reviews
Facilitate Subcontract Review Boards, including scheduling, providing templates, coordinating approval documentation, and documenting board actions and results
Translate complex data and concepts into visually engaging and easy-to-understand slides for executive-level reviews
Provide administrative, operational, tactical, and project support to subcontract organizations across the segment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, Operations Management, or related areas, or 6+ years of related experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
Demonstrated project leadership experience in supply chain, subcontracts, program management, or related areas
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) with a specific focus on distilling down complex data and using think-cell to create executive presentations
Must be a US Citizen
