Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments, supervision, and parent/caregiver training for clients. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and represent the company professionally in all situations. Implement treatment plans, track/collect data against goals, and support other critical functions like quality assurance and training. Provide supervision and parent training across various environments, including center-based, in-home, community-based, and telehealth settings. Utilize company technology, including iPads and laptops, for internal communications, data tracking, clinical notes, scheduling, and other applications. Work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including in-home, community, school, and center settings.
Requirements
A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required. Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities are essential. Demonstrated passion for the field and helping clients and their families is necessary. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required. Ability to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities is necessary.
