Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality food service is provided to our residents and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Cook in the preparation and service of meals, following established policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and deliver food and trays, wash dishes, and clean and sanitize the kitchen according to health standards.
  • Utilize protective gear in all appropriate functions and follow infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive, pleasant, and tactful interaction with residents, staff, and facility guests.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Perform routine, repetitive tasks daily, utilizing leadership skills to accomplish responsibilities without supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with specialized training in food service desirable.
  • Current ServSafe or Food Handler certification required based on State/County law.
