We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Medication Technician to assist with medication administration and resident care oversight. As a Medication Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents, working closely with our care team to provide exceptional support and care.

**Responsibilities**

* Assist with medication administration, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of medications to residents
* Provide resident care oversight, monitoring residents' conditions and reporting any changes to the care team
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident care
* Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and procedures

**Requirements**

* High School diploma or equivalent
* Successful completion of a State Approved Medication Aide course
* Personal Care Assistant or Certified Nursing Certification required
* Ability to work in an environment conducive to caring for seniors without posing a substantial safety or health threat to self or others
* Ability to work well with others and promote a team environment
